Exchange for Damaged Items Only

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage and your order details.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement (subject to availability).

No Refunds or Returns for Change of Mind

Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns due to change of mind. All purchases are final unless the product is damaged upon receipt.

Steps to Report a Damaged Product

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 2–3 business days.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Claims must be made within the specified time frame.

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the above conditions.
